At Memories of India, we take food allergies seriously and want to ensure our customers are fully informed. Please be aware that the following 14 allergens may be present in our dishes or handled in our kitchen:
- Celery – Found in soups, sauces, and spice blends.
- Cereals containing gluten – Includes wheat, barley, and oats used in breads, naan, and sauces.
- Crustaceans – Present in dishes with prawns, crab, or lobster.
- Eggs – Used in certain dishes, batters, and sauces.
- Fish – Present in curries, sauces, and marinades.
- Lupin – May be present in some flour or baked items.
- Milk – Found in yogurt, paneer, and cream-based curries.
- Molluscs – Present in some seafood dishes like mussels.
- Mustard – Used in marinades, spice blends, and curries.
- Nuts – Includes almonds, cashews, and other nuts, commonly used in sauces and garnishes.
- Peanuts – May be used in some dishes or as a garnish.
- Sesame seeds – May be present in breads and garnishes.
- Soya – Found in certain sauces and marinades.
- Sulphur dioxide – May be present in dried fruits and wines used in cooking.

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, please note that all dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles these allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts of allergens in any dish.
